• Payment information — processed securely by our payment provider. We don't store your full card or bank details ourselves.

How we use it

We use this information to create and manage your account, process rentals and deliveries, calculate any late fees, and let you know about your rentals, offers, or events at Arcane Library.

Sharing your information

We don't sell your personal data to third parties. We share the minimum information needed with delivery partners to get a book to you, and with our payment provider to process membership and rental payments.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and rental history for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet our accounting and legal obligations.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account, at any time. Contact us to make a request.

Cookies & tracking

This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. The Arcane Library app stores some information locally on your device — like your browsing preferences — so it works smoothly. That data never leaves your device.
